You’re not the only one. Mine can’t even talk yet and there are days where I have to set him down and leave the room. Parenthood truly is the hardest job on the planet. I feel like every parent should get a badge that they get to carry around and flash at will. It would automatically symbolize the level of responsibility, organization, patience, and love that you are capable of. And then the other parent would give you a nod of mad respect.

Yes, Tiff, I vividly remember watching you chase him around thinking “that looks exhausting”. And yes, now that I’m in it doing the chasing myself, it is exhausting!

I hate to say that it was probably my Little Man that scared you (smartly so) into being scared of Toddler Boys…and feel your pain. Goose is so placid that I haven’t childproofed anything. I have paid (and keep paying) my dues with child #1 and karma is in my favor…for now.

I have two boys and my first, although full of energy, was just as your daughter was. He was cautious, careful, always stayed with us. Our second boy is CRAZY. Read the “birth order book”. It all makes sense after you read it.
